      Pros

      Company has grown a lot during my tenure, and there are still some good people here.

      Cons

      The changes have outweighed the importance of people lately. We also aren't keeping up with the market. Feels like Miro has run it's course and keeps adding to a toolbelt of functionality that is getting clunky to use. It is getting harder to sell wall to wall when this is becoming a "nice to have" tool vs "need to have"

      lack of directions product is always changing weak leadership employee compensation is changing- more expectations and making it harder for us to make money
