Throughout my career, I have been associated with various companies and products. However, I have never witnessed such a profound level of user passion and loyalty directed towards a product as I have in this organization.
Cons
We observed a recurring pattern of medical leaves linked to employee burnout. On occasion, within weeks of a new manager being in position, there were reported instances of employees being guided towards taking medical leave. Following this, the company engaged in negotiations with the employees concerning their severance packages. The initiation of severance discussions with employees was handled with subtlety, as directly proposing such terms to an employee on medical leave was not legal in the Netherlands.
