      - salaries above the average - some of the brightest minds work/used to work here - good meals in the office

      Cons

      - bias towards people/friends who are from Perm (russia) during layoffs and promotions - inaccurate planning of tasks, high surprise factor - problems-problems-problems every day - too many layoffs, high rate of churn and burn-outs - long term initiatives and bonuses in the form of stock are worthless
