Pros

1. My position paid pretty well and the benefits are expensive, but I never had to worry about paying a medical bill for may childs doc appointments 2. Most of the people (staff) are great and super knowledgeable and kind to staff members and willing to teach anyone who’s willing to learn even if their direct position didn’t require them to have clinical medical knowledge, I love learning and ask a lot of questions and most people were willing to answer and educate me on things that I didn’t need to know for my job but wouldn’t hurt to know if a patient or visitor had questions 3. The last Friday of every month the company would cater food for every location and it was always delicious 4. Clinic hours, holidays off, every Friday out at 4

Cons

1. The merge with UIHC changed A LOT with how things are done 2. In some departments management does appear to play favorites, whether or not it is intentional it comes across that way

Pros

Great Benefits, no holidays, no weekends, no week nights! Great work/ life balance!

Cons

Some may find working at different locations a con, but I see this also as a pro.

Pros

If you don’t have dependents or a spouse the health insurance premiums are free

Cons

Cliquey af and management does absolutely nothing to stop it from being catty and petty high school environment. Pay sucks. The team sucks. No communication. No support. Knowing how things are done here I’d never want to receive treatment at any of the facilities
