Over worked, under paid. Plan on coming in early, staying late, working nights and weekends from home. Rewards usually come as "jean weeks or month."

Great Benefits, no holidays, no weekends, no week nights! Great work/ life balance!

Some may find working at different locations a con, but I see this also as a pro.

If you don’t have dependents or a spouse the health insurance premiums are free

Cons

Cliquey af and management does absolutely nothing to stop it from being catty and petty high school environment. Pay sucks. The team sucks. No communication. No support. Knowing how things are done here I’d never want to receive treatment at any of the facilities
