Bad senior level management and very poor executive leadership - Anonymous employee Mitchell International Employee Review

Executive level management does not live up to the (Mitchell) values and beliefs they heavily promote. There is an extreme lack of integrity and honesty. Upper management is afraid to communicate the real issues. There is no accountability at the senior level. There is no sense of teamwork and a tremendous amount of finger pointing (The Mitchell Handshake). Groups operate independently with total disregard to impact. They claim to be customer focused however they deliver low quality software that heavily, negatively impacts their customers.
