Pros
Good opportunities of learning but depends on team. Good for inexperienced fresh graduates
Cons
Worst micromanagement. Constant pressure to do something outside of normal work and because everyone is pushed, so people exhaust all the technologies out there and it's difficult to find something new every other week, if you have a life outside work. And if things are not going in your favor, they start humiliating you. Not an environment for experienced professionals.
