Pros

You get to be part of helping nonprofit organizations raise more money so they can do more good. People are warm and friendly. The company cares about their employees. Offices are modern and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with not just snacks, but cool options for breakfast and lunch. Fun Friday activities with gift card prizes help everyone unwind after working hard all week. GREAT benefits and great people to work with. Management makes strong effort to listen to all.

Cons

Frequent pivoting on position & strategy. However this is all part of startup growing pains and to be expected.
