Pros

Competitive base and benefits, and that's all.

Cons

Notice these con artist asking management to write reviews September 17 2014. I was there when they asked management to write good reviews on this site. It's funny how all the good reviews came out on the same day and they are so elaborate with lies. The real truth is that this is a horrible sales job. No commissions, terrible leads. Sean Macniell ,Racist CEO, no sales background. Alcoholic, drinks in meetings and says inappropriate remarks. Fires sales people for no reason without warning or notice. They are in a burning money start up stages and it will not succeed in the coming years. No urgency for a sale to happen. Bad leads. No direction. Don't be fooled when they spiff in stock options. No stock options. You will not be treated fairly. All reviews on the 17 September were put in by managers. Stay away you can get a lot better sales position

Pros

Camaraderie from the sales team was strong. Benefits were top notch. Being at an org that helps non-profits is also very cool.

Cons

Probably the most unstrategic software company I have ever been a part of. The vision of the CEO is not aligned with reality. He walks the sales floor to make sure sales reps are making their call quota per day (doesnt matter if you're calling up a janitor, just get those dials up!). It's kind of odd to be honest. The morale on the sales floor is very low. It's become a revolving door as each week brings new faces as other sales reps end up quitting as soon as they find another gig. Only one or two AEs are actually making their quota and the rest arent really making any money. While the product is pretty great, the industry is now being flooded with solutions just as good but for a much cheaper price. Why would they pay thousands per month for a solution they can get for $100 per month? I'm holding back from saying a lot more, but I leave you with this: If you are ok in a cold calling, boiler room environment where it's about hard closes and not being strategic, then this is the right place for you. If you like thinking outside the box and using your brain, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Pros

I am astounded at how many fake reviews we have on our Glassdoor. I am on the sales team. I have been with MobileCause for the past 3.75 years and I am here to set the record straight. We have wonderul human beings that work at MobileCause, we have a brand new CEO that started at the beginning of the year, so any complaints about the CEO in August 2018 is just fake news they need to check Linkedin and get updated and I am proud and happy to say we have 3 WOMEN in C-LEVEL Chief positions (SVP of sales WOMAN, Cheif Marketing Office WOMAN, VP of Digital Services WOMAN) please do no believe the disgruntled shills posting on here. Glassdoor is anonymous or these cowards would not be able to post 5 negative reviews by the same person. Come work with us here I promise you a diverse eclectic team that is positive and fun to be around 24/7. Just go on our Facebook and look at our company pictures we literally have a work party every Friday afternoon.
