Pros
Gym membership, food in kitchen, decent benefits.. Can’t think of any other pros but there is a 20 word minimum on Glassdoor
Cons
This work environment is literally career suicide. There is no strategy and no thought that goes into your work and all management cares about is that you hit 80 dials, 2 demos a day and 2 hours of talk time. There is a big monitor in the middle of the sales floor with everyone’s metrics and the CEO, CFO, and SVP constantly hover around that screen and scrutinize people who aren’t hitting their metrics. At the end of every month the CEO is running around the sales floor panicking because the company isn’t hitting their numbers and making the sales staff harass potential customers by calling and emailing non stop just to get a small deal closed. The company is also losing legitimacy cause the management team has to continuously make some sort of fake “end of month” promotion just to get a deal closed. I’ve never seen such a high turn over rate at such a small company with people constantly quitting and getting laid off (this is a weekly occurrence). About 2-3 people a month either hit or get close to hitting their sales quota while the rest of the floor is struggling to close deals. The company is crumbling at its foundation and operating at a huge loss so if you have other career options I would avoid this place at all costs!
