Employees are not heard, not valued. Managers have never done our job and don’t try to understand what we need. They also have never worked with nonprofits before. Quotas have had to change often and still don’t reflect reality. No increase in pay ( salary), ever. No company match for 401k. No growth opportunities whatsoever. It’s boring not to have anything to look forward to. HR does not protect or even hear both sides of a story before judgment is made. No clear boundaries for salespeople resulting in fighting over deals constantly.
