Pros

I've been here for a few years and as an engineer MobileCause has been a great company to work for. We have a lot of leeway to innovate and try new things. We also get to work on every part of the platform. There are constant challenges that we work through and overall the work is very rewarding.

Cons

We have some normal challenges that exist in any engineering organization. Too much to do with too little time. Mostly we work through these issues well and the product constantly gets better.
