Free Snacks and drinks, even better now that they have started shopping for healthy food. People are great but when your working on behalf of so many worthy causes that's not much of a surprise as you generally attract good hearted and passionate individuals. The work is just so interesting, you get to help so many great organizations market and promote their cause , also I love using technology to really make a difference to the results. Its a lot of work , but a great culture with no office politics or egos & lots of help when needed.
