Over a year after being told by upper management that all along our caseloads should have been at 75 and that certain members didn't count towards that number, I'm still behind and struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Endless work loads and unreasonable expectations. To reiterate what happened over a year ago: case managers were blamed for not having 75 on their caseloads when they were never told this by upper management. Then they were given corrective actions if they didn't get that case load up by a certain amount of time.
