Pros
There is the opportunity to learn, always working with new technology, good benefits, decent pay
Cons
The culture is really disjointed. A lot of nepatism in promoting and the lack of accountability is atrocious. EIS was reorganized for the better, however the ones that lead this failed in everyway to deliver, they failed to define the group roles and responsibilities, individual roles and responsibilities and one director in charge of new technology and refining current processes has completely abandoned the company altogether. Hasn't produced anything in two years and got promoted to boot!! They actually read a book to try and manage their way out of the very issue they created. Managers all promoted themsleves, meanwhile leaving the rest without titles for two years. Mgmt did a real job selling the reorganization, now it is up to them to step up and lead which is NOT what they do so there really is no hope in success. The only success will be to let them all go and hire in talented experienced leaders who can lead.
