The executives have an almost universal disdain for any of those who work at the company. Consistent reminders exist when executives get incredible benefits/vacations and lunches while insisting the workers don't work enough. Benefits are sub-par, and not really competitive at all when each is below the national average. For instance, in order to have a somewhat decent amount of vacation you have to have worked at the company for 5 years.
