Pros

Search for other jobs while there because the managers are too busy having “lunch meetings” which essentially means they are just looking for an excuse to get drunk and not work. They take regular employees to these lunches to see if they can trust you to be in their inner circle also known as “be their whipping boy” Managers have no skills, they basically promote those who won’t challenge them and who won’t stand up for the real rights of employees.

Cons

Ran like a frat house. The managers are always gone on lavish meetings and getting drunk. They understaff each department and overwork every single employee. The pay is WAAAAYYYYYYY low and is disheartening when you see how much management wasted on weekend meetings to Vegas, Wineries, etc. They discriminate and won’t admit it and don’t reprimand the management when employees report them. Probably because the executives all have affairs with each other.

Pros

Excellent, understanding, and hard-working management, hard work pays off, management has strong ethics and provides a great environment for employees, top notch values, fantastic company to work for

Cons

Some people try to take advantage of the fun work environment and attempt to slack off or become bitter when the very hard workers succeed. Success is earned by hard work, not by slacking off and gossiping.

Pros

None this job sucked!! Worst job ever!! Small ran down building in the middle of a shopping center. With no name on the building!! Horrible run don’t take this job!!!

Cons

This by far was the worst job I ever had. They know nothing about customer service. If deliveries were late, they wouldn’t allow you to credit the delivery charge or part of it. Sometimes deliveries, took place at midnight!! What company delivers at midnight? You would call a customer, to let them know the merchandise they just purchased in their “pretty stores” is out of stock or won’t be available for another three months. oh because all their furniture comes from different countries over seas, takes 2-3 months to come in. Don’t buy the warranty, because mor doesn’t stand by that either, you schedule a tech to go out in their DOS like system. I can’t use a mouse it’s 2016 are you serious? Felt like I was in the 80s!!! Tech goes out, will say they can’t do anything. You have to have customers’ send in pictures of their peeling leather sofas and they never get an answer. Oh and god forbid if you buy a bed and it has bed bugs, they won’t do anything. They, send you a letter? Why would someone need a letter to state the obvious? You run reports, that should be done by management, but their to busy socializing that it falls on customer service reps. Training 3 weeks and it’s a joke!!! Mainly teaching their stupid DOS like systems. And their stupid psychology, to get in your mind, to see if you will stay. (You won’t!!) and the pay that’s laughable!!! Go somewhere else because you won’t learn anything, except how to be miserable, how to go back in time with dos and have bad pay and headache after headache!! There are better jobs out there!! This one is not it’s a train wreck!! Worst company ever!! Don’t even buy furniture from them, as it will fall apart!!
