I can't imagine many pros, but the facilities are very nice.

Cons

The executives have an almost universal disdain for any of those who work at the company. Consistent reminders exist when executives get incredible benefits/vacations and lunches while insisting the workers don't work enough. Benefits are sub-par, and not really competitive at all when each is below the national average. For instance, in order to have a somewhat decent amount of vacation you have to have worked at the company for 5 years.

Mor Furniture genuinely cares about their employees and provide a positive work environment. There is great growth potential in each area of the organization for any employee that wishes to excel.

Cons

Retail company, so sales employees do work a decent amount of hours and holidays but also make great income.

This is a great company to work for. It is a family owned company, that has a lot of growth potential. They like to promote within the company and will do on job training as long as you are motivated and dedicated.

Cons

It is up to you to push your own growth. Because it is a small company, everyone is stretched pretty thin and is expected to take on a lot of responsibility, You have to be the one to push your manager to take the time to pay attention to you.
