Pros
Yes this company gives you as a salesman, many opportunities to hit your "goals" and to make enough money to provide for your life.
Cons
This company wants to squeeze every bit of work out of you as possible. They do hold you down as far as how they saturate the sales floor with salesman during holiday or speical event sales weekends. The biggest complaint is the schedule they ask us to work is among the hardest of any work enviornment. It is a rotating two or three team shift. When holiday weeks schedules come out, you'll feel like it takes 2 or three weeks of lag time just to feel like you're back on your previous, already trenuous schedule.
