Boring work and miserable - Patient Advocate Myriad Genetics Employee Review

The work here is so boring and you have to be fast at it. There’s very little room for mistake and you’re expected to push upwards of 70 cases a DAY. You also have to be on phones and you really shouldn’t have to be. Phone work is not something I personally enjoy and I couldn’t do it anymore even with their new inbound team you’d still get at least 20 calls a day and it would mess with your numbers and that messed up your bonus. All in all I loved working from home but I hated the job.
