Pros
The work is very interesting and challenging and the focus on the fact that our tests help so many patients makes it very rewarding. Location is beautiful, and the company has a great benefits package and compensation. Culture is great and most people genuinely enjoy coming to work and working with each other to solve problems. Lots of challenging work and lots of fun doing it too!
Cons
A lot of "upper-level" people who are generally stretched thin, unavailable and unable to delegate or coach employees. Most people find a mentor and help each other problem solve and just provide updates/presentations to higher ups. It would be better to have fewer chiefs, or at least have the chiefs know more about the actual work that happens day-to-day.
