Pros
The company cutture is laid back yet hardworking and innovative. The employees are intelligent and dedicated, morale is high, the products are revolutionary and for the good of all. The salaries are good, the benefits are awesome and include stock options, company match 401K, holiday and performance bonuses, excellent health care benefits at minimal cost to the employee, and so on. And there are always monthly "fun" events to celebrate birthdays, holidays, company milestones, etc. It really is a great place to work.
Cons
Small complaints, but it would be nice to not have to take sick leave from PTO hours, include work-from-home options for employees that can do their job without having to be on-site 100% of the time, offer paid or subsidized gym memberships. Again, first world problems as they say.
