Pros

Work from home and flexible scheduling

Cons

This could be an incredible place to work, but the culture is beyond toxic. You'll been run ragged and overworked with the promise of a promotion that'll never come or outright doesn't exist in the first place. After the year+ long budget ban on promotions was finally lifted, the Auths director got a new title and huge pay raise, meanwhile us bottom feeders had to start the career development plan over from the beginning. The people granted the few and far between grunt-level promotions are the ones who don't challenge management, bring up issues or try to correct outdated processes - smile and nod and you'll advance in no time! The only focus seems to be on quantity not quality in Rev Ops. The way metrics are measured has changed several times with no communication as to why or even when the changes take effect. Shortcuts are made left and right by mediocre "lifer" employees that pick off easy work to get their numbers because apparently that's all that matters. Hard workers are rewarded with more work while the slackers float by unfazed and unbothered because supervisors are too chicken to correct bad behavior. The goal seems to be to burn out a select few so the rest of the team can squeak by doing the bare minimum or less. Going above expectations IS the expectation for a few, going below is the expectation for many, yet somehow everyone "meets" when it's time for reviews. Workloads are constantly shifting - you'll just start to get a payor set down and functional only for them to shift everything around with no clear reasons as to why and absolutely no training. Getting "thrown into the deep end" is the standard training process. It's like they actively bristle at the thought of subject matter experts and prefer people to be in a constant state of confusion and frustration. Just as confusing as the process rollouts is budgeting. The HQ is a stunning (and empty) space that looks like a five star resort, but we no longer get employee appreciation gifts, stock sharing or meaningful raises. It's really hard to hear how we need to bring in more revenue (and how low the stock price is) while money is spent on an outdoor bbq pit, fancy furniture, Pelaton bikes, multiple floor to ceiling LED screens, and a virtual golf machine. We need stability and job security not shiny new toys nobody uses. It's all about optics, but behind the curtain is a company clearly struggling.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
