Great Mission! Literally helping providers implement screening programs within their practice to identify patients at risk for hereditary cancers and implementing protocols that stratify risk so those at higher risk get early detection. The most solid science and market leader in genetics in the world. If a patient meets criteria for genetic testing then $ is not going to be the reason the patient doesn’t test. Covered by insurances and Medicaid.
Cons
Upper management is mostly male. It’s possibly a male dominated company and women are not always seen as strategic thinkers and put into a box of being “party planners’ or “cheerleaders” while male account executives are treated differently.
