      There are smart people work here

      Cons

      No one cares to bring you up to speed, eventually setting you up for failure. It's impossible to take initiative in anything because there is no creativity here. Management goes through the motions, but could care less about you as a person. Everything feels so shallow and unimportant. Feels like everyone hates their job.

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
