Pros
- Excellent work-life balance and they are serious about it (e.g. upper management told everyone to cancel their meetings during Thanksgiving week) - A lot of "space" and independence to do your work, instead of a nonstop barrage of tickets. - Cool technology to work with (fully automated lab) - Very diverse bunch of people who are pleasant to work with - Tech talks occur regularly to help everyone learn about different teams and their challenges. - Good bonuses for very senior ICs and management tiers (20%)
Cons
- Can seem a little slow in technology, they're still working on merging Myriad with their acquisitions (i.e. Counsyl). - Some large complex systems which need improvement, learning the system can be overwhelming
