      Flexible PTO and Benefits plus WFH

      Cons

      Very bad structure company doesn’t keep promises and ended up laying off people when they promise they will invest in their employees. CSM role was not understood by the whole company and was not trained properly. Sales team was clueless as to how to utilize our role as a CSM and how we can help them increase volume.

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
