Industry leader in genetic testing

Cons

I would not recommend joining the neuroscience division, they have massive layoffs every year and are constantly in financial distress. The company is extremely disorganized and I am not a fan of the culture - severely lacking diversity + inclusion.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
