Pros

Excellent place to work, no politics and just trying to produce a good product.

Cons

The pay raises year over year do not keep up with inflation, and even seem to not be competitive. The only reason I ever look for a job is when I feel penalized in my salary because I’m there.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
