Pros

I can't think of anything.

Cons

I want to share my experience with this employer to offer some help to others who value compassion and communication, especially during difficult times. I went on short-term disability due to sudden and severe mental health issues. It was a very tough time, and I did my best to work through it. Despite my efforts and the vulnerability it took to step away for care, I was disappointed that my supervisor never reached out to check on me. There was a complete lack of support or communication, which added to an already overwhelming situation. Eventually, I was let go because I had no specific return date. I understand businesses have needs, but a little empathy and follow-up go a long way, especially from leadership. Everyone deserves to be treated like a person, not just a position. Suppose you're looking for a workplace that understands the importance of mental health and employee well-being. In that case, I recommend asking tough questions about their support systems before accepting a role. They sell Genesight for Mental Health, but they're not supportive of their employees' mental health issues.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
