Pros

If you like mundane boring work with a low salary and nowhere to go, this job is for you.

Cons

Poor management and communication. Pay is subpar, Annual raises are worse. They want more work for no extra pay. All they want from you are numbers, they do not care about the rest. Favoritism is rampant. They SAY they care about your mental health, that is a lie. And they are so focused on their DEI culture, they jam it down your throat at every quarterly meeting. Give it up. No one cares Shereen.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
