Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.

Great team environment, on-the-job training, assisted obtaining P&C license, good work-life balance, management was always available and able to help where needed.

KPIs targets were unrealistic and didn't make sense for certain territories compared to others, management doesn't have a handle on strategic revenue planning and execution, every week there were changes. It was a very unstable and uncertain environment to work in, and senses had to be heightened to stay ahead of ultimately being let go.
