RUN. Great coworkers but you will get burned by awful management at the top

Pros

Individual employees and coworkers are great people to work with! Had a great experience and never had issues with any of my coworkers.

Cons

Poorly managed at the top. There is no solid direction and execs are constantly changing direction wherever the wind takes them. Sales dept was poorly managed and results in issues across departments. Company can never stick to a direction and poorly manages their investments with no care for employees. Senior leadership team is more concerned with lining their pockets than with actually developing lasting growth and a "Great Place to Work". RUN

Bad timing for employment here

Pros

Great team environment, on-the-job training, assisted obtaining P&C license, good work-life balance, management was always available and able to help where needed.

Cons

KPIs targets were unrealistic and didn't make sense for certain territories compared to others, management doesn't have a handle on strategic revenue planning and execution, every week there were changes. It was a very unstable and uncertain environment to work in, and senses had to be heightened to stay ahead of ultimately being let go.

Pros

A lot of flexibility, summer hours! very generous benefits plan, PTO. Investment on development, direct approach with leaders and colleagues. Spotlight program, constant employee surveys.

Cons

None to think about, I think is a very good company to work at.
