Pros

Very talented senior leadership team who are very engaged in the day to day business. A successful organization with a strong inclusion and diversity workplace culture. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent work-life balance. Great training, development and career opportunities. A fantastic company to work for!

Pros

Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

Cons

Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.

Pros

Individual employees and coworkers are great people to work with! Had a great experience and never had issues with any of my coworkers.

Cons

Poorly managed at the top. There is no solid direction and execs are constantly changing direction wherever the wind takes them. Sales dept was poorly managed and results in issues across departments. Company can never stick to a direction and poorly manages their investments with no care for employees. Senior leadership team is more concerned with lining their pockets than with actually developing lasting growth and a "Great Place to Work". RUN
