Management does a great job of keeping employees informed and the expectations, not overbearing at all. Working from is a great perk as well. Benefits and PTO are the best I have seen yet in my insurance career.

Honestly, nothing is a Con here. We work as a team and take great care of our members. Again, great place to work.

Poorly managed at the top. There is no solid direction and execs are constantly changing direction wherever the wind takes them. Sales dept was poorly managed and results in issues across departments. Company can never stick to a direction and poorly manages their investments with no care for employees. Senior leadership team is more concerned with lining their pockets than with actually developing lasting growth and a "Great Place to Work". RUN
