Great company despite the problems with management and pay.

Cons

Use to be a great company too work for period . Now the hire managers who practice favoritism and unfair treatment within certain departments hire their family or friends. And nothing being done about it.

Great benefits, I love that they cover my flight from Anchorage, flying into work is a pretty neat experience. The people I work with are amazing. You can really get a head in life with the kind of money you make up here. Grateful for this opportunity. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Cons

None to speak of honestly, it takes a little getting use to if you have never worked a 12 hour shift but I adjusted over a week or so now it’s easy. Get some good quality brooks shoes and you’ll be fine. 🫶🏼
