Pros

Services provided on the contracts are done well. New president, hopefully things will turn around.

Cons

Non-shareholder employees treated poorly and there are no growth opportunities in company. Poor leadership. Dysfunction is not dealt with, particularly if it is a shareholder. No work/life balance. POOR/substandard benefits, leave, and pay. No consistent 401(k) match.

Zero training and no feedback

Pros

HR is nice I guess.

Cons

In my experience people are not trained or supported properly. I was fired without any negative feedback, warning, or writeup while I was still in training. I should have known it was coming though because I was completely ignored by the trainer. No one communicated with me about what was happening.

Pros

Everyone is nice and it's a nice environment to work at. You can work on other stuff when you have free time. You get a good workout.

Cons

The pay isn't enough, and its unorganized. Expects you to perform your very best for so little pay. You get blamed for everything from other workers ( not in security). From the factory. (Bunch of babies)
