Leadership is non existent. Left on your own without a contract to base work schedule and objectives. Corporare protects but doesnt challenge area managers on their performance. I never received an annual performance review during my term there or raise. Covid came along and there was no support from corporate on supply side issues. Wages for staff were criminally low. Taking advantage of line staff by preference hire but pay them poor wages for very hard work conditions. They could afford housing on the wages in Anchorage. Reporting issues yo corporate only triggered the circle the wagons around the poor leaders with no follow through from HR. (Tammy) Cant even follow their own creed and ethics rules. Poor partner with most of the staff. Users. Avoid at all cost.
