      They have great benefits. They treat their employees well. Pretty easy going environment, just do your job and dont be toxic and you will be fine

      Though they do keep pay competitive. Getting raises can be tricky in some departments.

      Great benefits, I love that they cover my flight from Anchorage, flying into work is a pretty neat experience. The people I work with are amazing. You can really get a head in life with the kind of money you make up here. Grateful for this opportunity. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

      None to speak of honestly, it takes a little getting use to if you have never worked a 12 hour shift but I adjusted over a week or so now it’s easy. Get some good quality brooks shoes and you’ll be fine. 🫶🏼
