      Pros

      $17.00 hourly wage 12 hour days not great. For someone just starting security depending on your supervisor you could receive computer based training.

      Cons

      No upward movement. Pay is based on contract meaning after let's say two years. You will still be making $17.00 an hour. Revolving door for employees.

      Great benefits, I love that they cover my flight from Anchorage, flying into work is a pretty neat experience. The people I work with are amazing. You can really get a head in life with the kind of money you make up here. Grateful for this opportunity. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

      None to speak of honestly, it takes a little getting use to if you have never worked a 12 hour shift but I adjusted over a week or so now it’s easy. Get some good quality brooks shoes and you’ll be fine. 🫶🏼
