Pros

I can't think of one pro, that one would actually benefit from, or would be unique from other than being a teacher.

Cons

Low Pay – Compensation may not be competitive compared to other schools. High Workload – Teachers are expected to take on multiple roles with minimal support. Lack of Resources – Limited supplies, outdated materials, and insufficient funding can make teaching challenging. Poor Leadership – Administration may be unresponsive, disorganized, or lack clear communication. Strict Policies – Rigid rules and expectations that can feel restrictive or unrealistic. Limited Growth Opportunities – Few chances for career advancement or professional development. High Turnover – Many teachers leave due to burnout, making it hard to maintain consistency. Student Behavior Issues – Inconsistent discipline policies can make classroom management difficult. Work-Life Balance – Excessive workload and unpaid extra duties can lead to burnout. Lack of Support – Minimal assistance for struggling teachers, whether with classroom management or curriculum planning.
