Mostly friendly staff and many sweet children.
Cons
Low pay, expensive benefits, rude and unsupportive administration. The school is run like a cut-throat business. The highest paid teacher with an advanced degree and years of experience will still make less than a brand new teacher from Turkey. Teachers are expected to volunteer and spend additional time for "family engagement" activities at school while neglecting their own families. Children are little more than walking tests scores and teachers are ultimately blamed for everything, including off the wall behaviors that are not handled at the administrative level. Every single year teachers will reach their breaking point and walk off the job despite the company putting penalties in place to stop it. At the end of the day you can't put a price on your own health and wellbeing.
