Pros
Corporate sounds great. Insurance is great for a High Deductible Plan. Medical, dental, vision, 401k for Corp insurance and Union insurance for field personnel. Cost of living increases in May. Bonus in April based on performance for area.
Cons
Negotiate your salary before you start because there is no opportunity later. Pay is not the greatest. Advancement is rare for employees. Management are bullies. There is no NPL team. It is everyone for themselves. Management needs to learn how to treat employees better.
