Pros

Great Equipment and decent health benefits. Also, lots of growth potential in an expanding industry. NPL should be a great place to work.....but it's not!

Cons

Good old boy leadership lacking in integrity. The old guard are protective of their empowerment and resist growth due to laziness and a desire to keep things as they were.

Great company. Friendly people. Management was great to work with. All the training you would want. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Work will always be there as long as Southwest Gas owns them. Company is away buying new equipment and is all about safety not quality.

Cons

Leadership doesn't listen to new ideas. Leadership is made up of people who only have a high school diploma. Blacklist if you disagree with Leadership and they will force you out.
