Pros

Pay is just below $39 an hour. You don’t work weekends. Most of the people you work with are great.

Cons

Extremely poor communication from upper management. Very poor leadership. Early layoffs. Work approximately 6-8 months out of the year. Not a stable work environment, you will get moved to multiple different crews. No additional pay for becoming qualified to preform gas pipeline fitting. No room for growth past Forman.
