Pros

No good reason at all

Cons

Baltimore Leadership is ALL about PROFITS & PRODUCTION. Because at the end of the day, Leadership is only worried about their bonuses and making the company, money. They preach all that "Safety & Quality nonsense, but it's all for show.!!!!!! They play favoritism. They pick and choose who is given opportunities to move up and further their opportunities and who don't. They DO NOTHING to assure a 40hr or more work week for employees, because the job here is weather permitting, meaning no work work when it rains or snows. And management does not do any and everything possible for employees to work weekends to make up those days. If an employee gives the company respect of putting in their 2 week notice, management fires them right onn the spot and does not allow them to work those 2 weeks. No percs for labors or fitters. Even with seniority. No PTO and No paid holidays for them either, only foreman. And really no quality percs for them foreman either. Just tremendous amount of stress, heartburn and headaches. The Union associated with feild operation employees is TRASH and so are the benefits that come with the Union. Untimely, management is only worried about themselves, they honestly could care less about their hard working employees who's hard work pays their salaries and bonuses. Not a career opportunity company unless you are brown noser. Should've never stayed as long as I did. But just kept giving NPL the benefit of the doubt

Pros

The only positive I can point to was the dedication of a handful of coworkers, but even their efforts weren’t enough to offset the lack of structure, support, and accountability. Overall, this company left me feeling undervalued, overworked, and completely burnt out.

Cons

In my time with this company, the experience was extremely negative from start to finish. Priorities shifted constantly without explanation, deadlines were routinely changed at the last minute, and expectations were set at levels that were unrealistic and demoralizing. Instead of feeling supported, I consistently felt undermined and set up for failure. Leadership communication was almost nonexistent and, when it did occur, it rarely addressed the actual problems employees were facing. The tone came across as dismissive and disconnected, making it nearly impossible to trust any direction given. The workplace itself was chaotic, unorganized, and exhausting. The fast pace wasn’t motivating—it was draining, and it led to higher stress and frustration rather than any sense of accomplishment. If you’re looking for stability, respect, and a healthy culture, this is absolutely not the place to find it.
