Truth Trust Transparency is just to rhyme TTT You can never trust cause any day you can be thrown away. There is transparency but only between 2 or 3 people in the whole company, elsewhere very few. So there is no truth when there is no trust and transparency as all go together. Join just for the pay and expect nothing else, but now there is no engineering team in India. Got to give equal importance to every team when going global and still acting local, what is the point. Have a team to always make them do some non organised work and give them hope to be part of something bigger. Wait for the team to fall apart and throw rest out one day. Well executed planning or does it just come naturally.
