Repetetive, monotonous content - Copywriter Namecheap Employee Review

Low pay, no reviews, no raises. Employees in constant fear of getting fired without warning (which happened a lot, sometimes to entire teams all at once without warning). Company focused on hiring from countries with cheapest salaries possible. Very little consideration for the all-freelance staff having to pay their own taxes and healthcare. Little hiring from within USA because salaries would have to be higher. Doesn't seem very legal, TBH. And the content feels like so much filler that no customer would ever read or want to read. Wouldn't be surprised if they fire everyone and just throw it to ChatGPT soon.
