Although we can't take the credit for how awesome your team members are, we completely agree we have incredible employees and it’s great to see the positive impact they have on each other. It's no secret in a calls center not everyone who calls in is going to be happy, which can be difficult to deal with. But we appreciate how well our employees work with customers to turn their days around.
