Pros

1. Great environment in general and on the sales floor 2. Incredible management 3. Competitive environment but also great team collaboration 4. Most enjoyable part of the job would be coworkers 5. Hardest part of the job is dealing with angry customers on the phone 6. Beautiful Office 7. Lot of energy because of the fun and young crowd.

Cons

Compensation could be higher for certain positions.

Although we can't take the credit for how awesome your team members are, we completely agree we have incredible employees and it’s great to see the positive impact they have on each other. It's no secret in a calls center not everyone who calls in is going to be happy, which can be difficult to deal with. But we appreciate how well our employees work with customers to turn their days around. Compensation is important to us, and we try to reward hard work and dedication; when possible, we love to promote/hire internally and see our employees grow. Thanks again for your feedback. Pros

I worked for Bask for several years through the ups and downs. After Nanoheal took over this has been one of the greatest jobs I have EVER had. Great people. Awesome place to work. Flexible hours.

Cons

Moved to Orem UT. Further drive for me.

Casual call center with friendly people

Pros

I have been with the company for over 6 years now. It has had a lot of ups and downs, there are still fights to fight, but it is still one of the best jobs I have had and is why I stick around. There have been a lot of unfair 1 star reviews lately left by a separate failing company who pulled out of their partnership that don't reflect the environment of the company at all. The culture is growing, and most people here have been here over a year.

Cons

There is an issue with communication when you get higher up in the company. A lot of things still in the works. There is times where there is more work than just one person can handle.
